Location: 4 Old Brunswick Road, Bath
Event Time: 4:00 pm – 6:30 pm 
Set Up Time: 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm 
Participants must be set up and in place no later than 3:30 pm.   

We’ll be providing the following:  

• 4’ of table space for serving and promotional materials 
• 1-2 Butane burners   
• A simple sign with your name  

What we need from you:  

• 5-10 gallons tasty chili and/or chowder and/or mac n cheese and someone to serve it - though we have helpers if you need them, just let us know
• you may also bring cornbread, biscuits, etc. to go with your items, if desired) 
• Well-marked utensil/ladles and pots  
• Promotional materials for your restaurant, if applicable

Food Safety Reminders:

• Keep cold foods below 40°F and hot foods above 140°F
• Wear gloves and appropriate hair coverings while preparing food
• Avoid cross-contamination and thoroughly clean all surfaces and utensils
• Cook meats to CDC-recommended internal temperatures
